Instead, you can pre-order a grocery delivery and decide who is sleeping in which bedroom ahead of time. All you need to do on arrival is put the Prosecco in the fridge and decide whether to relax around the log burner and watch a movie, or treat yourself to a soak in the hot tub!

The floor plans are included, along with operating instructions for all the appliances and audio visual equipment so that you can make the most of your stay with us.

We came to the conclusion that the best place for this would be Facebook and so we went ahead and created a fan page and subsequently a closed group.

The fan page is visible to anyone and can be used to promote your holiday home completely free of charge, whilst the closed group is specifically for owners wanting to engage in direct conversation with other owners.

As with all things it took a while for our page to be noticed, but now we have requests to join on a daily basis.

What we could not have predicted is the advent of Covid-19, and this is of course a hot topic of conversation right now with the ever-changing rules and regulations that holiday home owners are expected to put into action at the drop of a hat.

So, if you are a holiday home owner or manager, or you know someone who is, you now know where to find us and join in the conversations. However remote your property is, there is now no need to feel isolated!

Newark town centre is around 25 minutes away by car and is also the nearest main train station.

There are many sites of historical interest, great parks that can be appreciated on foot or bike, attractions for all ages, inns with reputations for great food, and some excellent restaurants.
