How To Book

- Click search to check availability. The price is calculated automatically.
- If you intend bringing pets you can add them to your booking.
- Complete the form to book and check your inbox for our confirmation email. That’s it!

Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 61 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 15 days before arrival or earlier.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card, for deposit and balance payments.

Minimum Stay:
Mondays to Thursdays – minimum four nights peak, three nights off-peak.
Example: If your check-in day is a peak-season Wednesday, the earliest check-out day will be Sunday.
Fridays to Sundays – minimum three nights peak, two nights off-peak.
For shorter stays or staggered work-related bookings, please use our Enquiry Form
We accept bookings for any Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday, Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. Some peak dates in August, Christmas and New Year are a fixed price for up to 7 nights.

Group Pay And Instalments
Group Pay
If you are booking for a group of individuals or couples and you want to split the cost, we can provide a bank transfer payment link to each nominated guest. Using this option also means ONE guest stays for FREE! You can nominate one individual or deduct the discount equally, whatever works for your group.
Use the Enquiry Form below, select “Group Pay” from the subject dropdown menu, and we will reply with details.
Alternatively, Paypal are rolling out a Group Pool feature which is also worth considering for this type of booking.
Instalments
If your booking is more than three months in advance and you would like to pay in instalments, we can set up a plan that works for you. Your credit card will be debited the amount we agree in equal amounts until the balance is zero. The full amount must be paid one month before your arrival date.
To take advantage of this option, use the Enquiry Form below and select “Instalments” from the subject dropdown menu.
